Flat Sarah in Japan - Day 3

| | Comments (0)

Even though Flat Sarah and I had a difficult time getting out of bed this morning we knew we had to get going because we had a busy day ahead of us. Today, Curtis and I took part in a soccer touranment being held in Kagoshima City. The good news is that we had great fun and my team even placed second in the touranment - the bad news is that my feet were not very happy with me.

I asked Flat Sarah if she would carry me around the city on her back, but she laughed and said that she was already smashed flat once by a falling bullitan board and that she didn't want to be smashed again by me - I thought she had a good point.

Before leaving for the city we made sure to water the vegetables in the garden. I've added some green peppers to the mix and I bought some mountian potatoes that I plan on planting tomorrow. I also bought a third cucumber plant the other day and thus far it appears to be doing well. Other good gardening news is that my pumpkin, eggplant, tomatoes, and broccoli are doing really well. Perhaps I'll post pictures soon.

Flat Sarah is worn out from all the traveling we have been doing so it looks like were going to get ready for bed now. Take a look at the pictures from our day and don’t be afraid to post a comment every now and again letting me know you’re alive and okay.

Good night,
Spencer and Flat Sarah
