Fuji Safari Park

|

While visiting Tokyo Koko and I took a day trip to Fuji Safari Park where we were able to drive around in our own car and witness several different types of wild animals living in their "natural habitats." Before arriving I felt bad for the animals thinking of how difficult it must be for them to live comfortably with cars driving through all the time, but after discovering how much space was actually alloted for the animals to roam around I felt better about the situation. For Koko and I, stopping our car so that a pack of lions could cross the road or so that a stray camel could meet back up with the others was quite an adventure and it definitely made us feel like we were on a real African safari.

I took a few pictures of a few of the animals we encountered for you to enjoy so take a look! And as an added bonus I also added the Japanese translation of the words too which means that now you can impress all of your friends and tell them how to say the names of a few wild animals in Japanese. How exciting is that? Oh, and you never know. . . a pop quiz may be on it's way so make sure you are good and prepared!
